beginning of frederick M. Jones life

    Frederick M. Jones was born on May17, 1893 in Cincinatti,Ohio. He was orphaned at age 9 and he was raised by a priest in kentucky.Jones left school in the 8th grade and left the rectory to return to Cincinatti at age 17. Where he got a job as a apprentice automobile mechanic.He boosted his mechanical ability and inventive mind with independent reading and study.
    In 1912, Jones moved to Hallock, Minnesota where he worked as a mechanic on 50000 acres farm. After he was with the U.S. Army in World War I ,  or called Great War from its occurrence until 1939.The First World War was a major war centred in Europe that began on July 28 1914 and lasted until November 11, 1918.Then Jones liked tinkering with things he returned to Hallock because of his passion for automobiles.He loved racing because he always dominated the races.
     sensed he loved tinkering a local doctor was complaining on how they would always have to haul patients to the hospital x-ray station. So Jones made the portable x-ray machine. The radio had become hudge in Jones time so him and a friend made headphones and transmitters. Jones friend who owned a movie theater and sound was just becoming part of movies and he needed new speakers.So he went to Jones and Jones made him a speaker. Then he cought the eye of Joe Numero a entrepreneur then Jones started to work for him.
        Then in 1938 the boss asked Joe and Jones can you stop food from getting spoilied.Then he made food trucks and trains that would ship cold food it was called Thermo King.Then they made the supermarket he also made a way that he could get blood to soliders.Then he died of lung cancer in 1961 after he died he got the national metal of technology. In 1944, Jones became the first African American to be elected into the American Society of Refrigeration Engineers.
